Why do we build and learn about ROBOTS?

Look over the things you can expect in every chapter:
Chapter 1. Starting and Operating will take you on an overview of Raspberry Pi and its features. We'll also explain how you can install and configure it to use it on your local network with SSH. In this chapter, you'll encounter the terminal and create your first Python program.
Chapter 2: Electronics Basics introduces electricity, how it works, and harnesses it. Two beginner projects are included in this chapter to help you begin your journey before creating robots. You'll have the ability to build circuits that flicker an LED and then respond to a push button.
Chapter 3:Building Your Robot begins your journey as a roboticist. In this chapter, you'll construct your robot! The base will be built that includes motors and wheels and provides plenty of information about the various elements of your robot and the best way to hook it.
Chapter 4:Making Your Robot Move allows your fully-constructed robot to move with complete remote control via the Nintendo Wiimote. You'll be using Python code to let your robot move at first in a straightforward pattern and then simply moving and tilting a Nintendo Wiimote, Mario Kart-style.
Chapter 5: Avoiding Obstacles gives you the first taste of autonomy for robotics. In this assignment, you'll employ an ultrasonic distance detector to allow your robot to recognize and avoid obstacles in its path. It's guaranteed never to crash ever again!
Chapter 6 Modifying with lights and Sound lets you customize your robot's lighting and speakers. You'll be able create your stunning lights and connect a 3.5-millimeter speaker to your Raspberry Pi so that the robot emits similar to a car horn.
Chapter 7: Line Following shows you how to use sensors and codes to let your robot follow an invisible line. It'll be racing along on its own in a matter of minutes!
Chapter 8 Computer Vision: Track a Colored Ball is the most sophisticated project in this course. It introduces the process of processing images, one of the most advanced computing fields. In this chapter, your robot will be using cameras from the official Raspberry Pi camera and computer vision algorithms to detect and follow a color-coded ball regardless of its location in the environment of your robot.
