This course is a welcome treat! In this course, you'll learn to program an enterprise-ready bot using discord.js and the suggested program for building slash commands, the @discordjs/builders. This package implements an architectural pattern known as"the "builder" pattern, which helps to create objects from classes. Also, we will not spend time and will deploy our bot on Heroku immediately. This is one of the first things you'll need to take, and we'll do it using the CD (continuous deployment) by connecting Heroku to our GitHub repo. Many online tutorials teach you how to program bots that don't have a structure and then deploy it in... Replit? This course will show you that this isn't the scenario! You'll be taught various things to help you become an improved software developer overall. We'll teach you how to program a bot, and you'll be taught best practices, such as making a bot that is designed for development and another to be used in production. We'll build it as if we're going to create a web-based application!
