What you would learn in Complete Bootstrap & React Bootcamp with Hands-On Projects course?
Welcome to the complete Bootstrap and React Bootcamp. This course will teach students how to build modern interactive web pages with the Bootstrap framework and the React JavaScript library. The course introduces Bootstrap and focuses on its popularity within the development community as the most popular option for mobile-first web frameworks. Bootstrap is a well-documented collection of code that can be reused using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It begins by exploring the basics of Bootstrap, which includes embedding it in projects and creating the basic Bootstrap web page layout. Then we move on to the well-known Bootstrap grid and the well-known three-column layout for web pages. After the introduction, students will be taught how to utilize various components, ranging from typography tables and image styling to alerts, wells, and buttons. As part of the class, we will show you how to create elaborate navigation menus by using dropdown and collapse, accordion, and pill-like menus. We'll also discuss the form styling process, carousels, scroll spy, modals, and almost everything else Bootstrap components that will help your career as a front-end developer. The course concludes with a hands-on activity that will require students to use the Bootstrap theme to design a fantastic web page from scratch.
In the second part of the class, we'll explore React. React, also referred to as React JS, is a robust JavaScript library for creating user interfaces that are custom and interactive by using UI components. Like Bootstrap, React is a well-documented, open-source, free library. The project was started in 2000 by Meta and a group of independent developers. In this part, students will learn to utilize the React library through hands-on tasks. The React part of this course begins by completing a hands-on activity that will teach you how to utilize functional React components such as props, callback functions, props OnClick Events, and React State hook. React State hook to construct an efficient calculator. After that, we'll move into the second project, which will be constructing the connect-4 clone. In this project, we will go over advanced concepts like destructuring props, passing props to other users by passing arguments in response to clicking events, different styles, and managing callbacks. We will also cover React's fundamental property, principal property, event lifecycles, conditional rendering, and more. In the end, you'll have constructed an entirely single and multi-player connect-4 game board with integrated AI features.
In the last part of the course, we will use React's power by creating an entire e-commerce website with various categories of products, a product display, a shopping cart feature, and more. In this section, we will introduce several new concepts like JSON server, Fetch API, and the installation of a React router. These fundamental building blocks are utilized to render the categories for the products and the product listing in style and set up the product's details page. Then we will look at stylized components, redesign the shop's layout, and investigate the notion of "context" in React. In the final phases of the course, students will set up the shopping cart basket and checkout function. We will also introduce the ability to search for products, followed by in-depth training for validating input forms in React.
