What you would learn in Pantry Management App using MVVM, SwiftUI 3 & iOS 15 course?
In this course, we will develop a pantry management app from beginning to end with the help of the MVVM style of design. The app will be built entirely from scratch following the patterns for the repository, and all CRUD(Create Read, Update, and delete) actions will be implemented using the design patterns for the repository.
We will utilize the firebase Firestore to serve as the backup for storing information so that when the app runs into background mode, data will not be lost. The app will be built using the latest features introduced by iOS 15 and SwiftUI 3.
Every view is built using the MVVM(Model View Model) design pattern. This will allow us to manage our interactions with our repository better. We will build an inventory of pantry items that can be removed by simply swiping over the items. Users can modify items in the pantry. The recently introduced Searchable modifier will support search. We'll also be using the new dismiss environment property wrapper to remove view stacks—a stack of view views.
This course will provide you with a complete understanding of iOS development using SwiftUI 3, so you can develop your apps and publish them in the App Store.
